Our Audience

The brief suggests we look at the international side of the visitors, as the museum boasts host to loads of tourists but from visiting the house and our questionnaire we are firm in the belief that families are our audience. We want to create something that lets families know they are welcome but should also be informative for the people who come not as part of families, but for their love of Dickens.

This is a tough thing to do because there is a fine margin to please both audiences without ignoring one and focusing to much on the other.
