Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats
S- It will never break.
W- It lasts for ever, may become an issue with the ever changing fashion trends.
O- With the increase of environmental awareness, the appeal of a “buy once & lasts a lifetime” item is highly praised.
T- If the technique to create the glass was common knowledge other designs may come out with nicer designs.
This tells me I need to emphasise it’s “buy once” appeal and really play on it’s invincibility. I perhaps need to refer to a unique science of some sort. More importantly, to dampen the weakness of fashion trends, a strong play would be to mention a “timeless design.”
